Closure of a location in the paper industry

An insolvent group of companies was taken over. The project consisted of evaluating the group, analyzing, realigning, optimizing and developing a basis for decision-making for further steps.
The economic situation made closing a location unavoidable. Planning and execution of the project with legal support, negotiations with the union and works councils, execution and responsibility for the overall project in the role of managing director.
