Production, like any other industry, is a corporate environment with its own rules and structures. Comparable to a kitchen. There are recipes and ingredients, pots and other tools that the chef can create a symposium of culinary delights. A top chef learns the hard craft for many years and yet not every cook tastes the same good. An example of this: A master chef writes a cookbook in which he lists and describes all the ingredients, gives exact quantities and gives his very precise recipe so that everything, absolutely everything, is explained and described. Do you think it would taste the same if someone else tried it? Maybe, but it will always taste different and never taste the same. When asked why this is so, there can only be one explanation: "Not everyone can cook!"
