The clear role & Responsibility regulation in a productive company is essential for success and sustainable, continuous development. Recognizing potential in employees is not something that can be bought in the “supermarket for managers”. And aren’t it usually the simple “things” that work and can be implemented successfully? From the mission statement to the strategies to the action plan on the line, goals must be transparently agreed, monitored and demanded. Simple and clear structures in a transparent and team-oriented environment motivate employees to achieve or exceed goals.
